The city was burning; flames rose everywhere, people rushed to protect their houses, soldiers appeared and tried to help people, and violence ensued in many places.
The assassin who lit the fire enjoyed looking at the despairing citizens and enjoying their sadness. Still, one of them was not so happy.
"This is not looking good."
Rage, as he walked through the rushing crowd of people, crying and suffering from the fire he set,
"Why am I feeling sad?"
The flames hurt his heart as they did other people's bodies;
memories he once experienced filled his heart, a sading experience that brought him great grief.
He stood blank, trying to remember an event of the past.
"Help!! My wife is trapped inside that house! Help!"
A Voice brought Rage back to reality as he heard the cry for help across the street in between the loud voices of the crowd.
He rushed to the side, pushing people aside, and he came across a house nearly engulfed in flames; standing in front was a man with only a single man and tears in his eyes.
"What is happening?!"
"My wife is inside the house! Please help me out! I can't even open the door and rescue them with this single arm."
Why should I help him? Why am I even listening to him? Why doesn't he do something by himself? It's his wife. It's not my order.
All these things were the questions Rage expected to come to his mind. Still, none of this ever occurred to him, maybe, it was just a thought, but for the moment, he wanted to save the women's life more than anything.
"I'll go in."
Saying this, he rushed into the house without asking for the lady's location, it was a total rush. He slammed the door open and went into the place filled with smoke.
"It's hard to see..."
Again for a second, a similar memory of running inside a bright, hot, burning hallway with a person running beside him came to his mind,
"It's going to be all right. Just run."
"!!"
It was the only words he could remember, but these were enough to push Rage back into reality. He also heard noises of the window breaking on the upper floor.
"Help!"
Rage also heard a cry for help from the upper floor, and Rage rushed into the burning stairs without hesitation.

The situation was falling apart at the ground level but observed from the top was Arthur enjoying the scene in all action.
"The soldiers are being called down, and I am finally moving."
Arthur had waited for the chaos to ensure before any action of exposing himself to the public eye. He held on to one stone of the wall and fixed his finger inside the tiny gaps of the walls, climbing rock to rock, slowly making his way up to the top.
He took a tiny peak before jumping directly upwards,
"There are no soldiers here, good for me. I don't have to kill more people."
The area was unprotected, for the side with no door, so the soldier was first called from this section as foot soldiers were heavily injured in the attack a day ago.
"Now, look for the person I need."
Arthur opened his special binoculars to take a peek at the situation of each corner of the area he expected his target to be. The barracks, the hospital, in public and everywhere.
"Ahh... There you on the palace. How could you have thought of that?"
Arthur rushed his way to the palace as he saw the person he needed to meet.
"Ohh~! Before that."
Arthur took three letters out of his pocket and threw them down to the other side of the wall.
"I hope this works out."
The letter is got to the Asphodel forces would set everything in motion for the big plan of the Assassins.
All the while, Shin looked at the state of the burning city directly from the windows of his room.
"Send more soldiers to the abandoned houses, the fires are more concentrated there, no one is working on them, and it is spreading wide from there."
He saw the looking situation and took section from there; he was avoiding taking the risk of exposing himself to the enemy who caused the fire, the other lower ranks were directly involved in the attacks,
While messengers were given the order to tell other soldiers by Shin, he coordinated everything and hoped it would rain very soon.
"The wind is blowing very fast, it will rain very soon. We need to hold it off for a little longer."
"Yes, Sir."
The messengers left Shin's room as he looked again at the window to get a look at the problem, he returned to the table and looked at the map.
"The infiltrators have stared his fire, but they are out in the open; I need more spies to find them between the citizens, but who could do so?"
He repeatedly tapped his feet on the ground, trying to come up with better manoeuvres.
"The situation seems to be improving. If it rains in an hour, we will gain a big advantage over the infiltrators and the Asphodel forces."
Arthur was lying outside the window, carefully listening to Shin's words before he opened the small section and entered the room.
"Hey."
"You-!!"
Arthur entered the room and called out to Shin, completely surprising him with his attack, Before Shin could react, Arthur held him down, covering his mouth so he could not say anything.
"Hmm. hmm.."
Shin tried to struggle against Arthur's attack and was able to push him off, but Arthur kept his hand on Shin's face.
"Acting all mighty, take this!"
"!!!"
Arthur instantly tightened his grip on Shin's face and used his other hand to pick him up from the front,
"...."
He slammed Shin into his table, ultimately breaking it apart and hitting his head right into the ground, hindering him in one move.
"Sir, are you all right?!"
, the noise was easily heard by the people outside.
"What happens-"
As the Soldiers began to panic, Arthur came rushing at the soldier with his sword and another sword he had removed from Shin's sheath.
"Ahhh...Ahh!!!!"
He jumped at the two soldiers with the dual swords giving them no time to react, cutting them down immediately. Two soldiers in the corridor saw the execution and started calling for backup.
"Hey call back -"
"No, You don't. Take this!!"
Like a child running around with a weapon, Arthur pointed his gun and shot one of the soldiers without aiming,
"Now, you!"
"Nooo!"
He rushed towards the other soldier, who ran in fear, leaving behind his weapon, but Arthur was faster than him and successfully cut him in the chase.
"Easy as ever."
Arthur stood with his body covered in red from the blood of the soldier's bodies cut into multiple pieces; Arthur made his way back to the lying Shin.
"Now then, Let's see if you have what I need?"
He came to his body and began searching his clothes to find the main objective to help them win the attack.
"Ahh. I finally found it."
The weapon that could control the fate of the entire battle was now in Arthur's hands.
"I thank you for giving me your flare gun. I will end this conflict with the green in the air."
The biggest deception and weakness of the battle rules of Ethereo was about to be exploited.
The Battle for Lynx was all over.
