Kapitel 209: Threat

Decorating can take a long time.

They selected their rooms' location, their favorite rooms beside them and so on. The process itself took an extremely long time, making Kate wonder just when they were going to be finished.

Kyle himself took two rooms for himself. He said that one of them was for his little cat, which made the others think that this little cat was living a life better than most of them. The two rooms were connected with a door and the wall itself can be dismantled so that they could stay in one place.

Beside Kyle's room was a laboratory and Kate helped to put the equipment in place. It seemed that Kyle himself still liked the life inside the lab and not go out to fight those giant mutated animals continuously.

While the others were happily arranging their furniture, Kyle stayed in the lab. Kate jumped to the table in her cat's form and looked at Kyle's expression.

"Meow." <Do you like working in the lab, Kyle?>
