"Knockturn Alley?"
?ω?
Fish raised his head slightly, looking up at the ceiling and remembering for a moment....
"Oh, is that the street where Minerva won't let Fish go?"
"Yes, yes, that's it!"
George and Fred said in a convincing tone: "Mummy also forbade us to go to Knockturn Alley, and only Harry went into it once last summer by mistake, but he was soon taken out by Hagrid.... Fish, aren't you curious what it's like in there?"
The kitten wagged his tail twice, a little convinced.
In terms of curiosity, Fish would never lose to George and Fred, but he had promised Professor McGonagall he'd behave....
?ω?
Fish grimaced, conflicted.
The twins next door also showed nervous expressions.
They hadn't come to invite Fish on a whim, they had thought it through.
Having been warned so many times by Arthur and Molly, and Harry telling them of his own experiences, the twins undoubtedly understood the dangers of Knockturn Alley and that, on their own, they would at most explore outside and return.
But with Fish on board, the cat's affinity would make their entry into Knockturn Alley much less dangerous, so they could have a good look around Knockturn Alley and perhaps buy some special materials for their wares.
Even if they accidentally got into a fight, with Fish's fighting prowess, it would be easier for them to escape.
The only risk was... if things went wrong, they would probably be punished by Arthur and Molly, and Ginny and Hermione probably wouldn't let them off, or they might even tell the girls, Angelina and the others.
But still, George and Fred wanted to go for a walk down Knockturn Alley.... This is the adventurous spirit a Gryffindor should have!
As the twins waited nervously for Fish's response, the embattled kitten had a sudden flash of inspiration.
Before she left, Minerva had asked his to follow the Weasleys, and George and Fred were Weasleys too!
Although Fish did know what Professor McGonagall was referring to,
But...
He found an excuse!
"Fish is going nya!"
?(●ΦωΦ●)?
"Great!"
George and Fred high-fived excitedly, then lowered their voices and said to Fish: "Let's go straight out the window, don't let Mom and Percy find out."
In the blink of an eye, a tabby cat and two magpies flew out Fish's window and into the night.
The three little creatures flew out of the room and landed in the courtyard of the Leaky Cauldron, entering Diagon Alley through the moving brick wall.
It was already dark and Diagon Alley was empty, most of the stores were closed, only a few had their lights on and there were few customers inside.
George and Fred didn't stop in Diagon Alley, and quickly ran to Knockturn Alley with Fish.
The twins knew the location of Knockturn Alley by heart and had been around there during the day, so there was no mistaking it.
Also, unlike Diagon Alley, which was quiet at night, Knockturn Alley was a little livelier at night than it was during the day, only most of the people in it were sneaky and didn't make much noise, so even though there were a lot of people there, it was as quiet as Diagon Alley at the moment.
Before entering Knockturn Alley, George pulled out three black hooded cloaks from somewhere and told Fish to put away the cat's ears and tail.
Once everything was ready, the three of them entered Knockturn Alley.
"Wow..."
?△?
As soon as they entered Knockturn Alley, Fish looked around curiously.
The stores were full of evil-looking objects, such as dried hands, bloody cards, dull glass eyeballs, etc., which gave goosebumps.
Other than that, most of the inhabitants of Knockturn Alley, like the three of them, wore black cloaks with hoods to hide their true faces under them.
The few that didn't, looked fierce or scowled, in short, they all looked hideous.
The three had only been walking down the road a short time when they realized that their cloaks didn't seem to do much good, and that the people around them were looking at them intentionally and or not, and some let out a low mischievous chuckle.
Actually, this is not hard to understand. Although Fish and the others wore similar black cloaks, the demeanor of the three, especially Fish, was clearly the look of the first time they arrived in Knockturn Alley....
From time to time, some unknown young wizards came to Knockturn Alley to "explore", and the people here had seen many.
"Glup..."
Noticing all the hostile looks around them, Fred and George swallowed saliva in unison, they were already beginning to regret coming here.
"Fish... How about we go?" suggested George quietly, tugging on Fish's cloak.
"Why nya? how interesting it is here!"
(●?ω?●)
The little cat looked at the surrounding stores with bright eyes, he didn't feel anything for those creepy things, and even found them very interesting.
As for the mischievous looks.... Fish didn't feel anything anyway.
"Look, look, where did these three kittens come from?"
At that moment, a wizard, also dressed in a black cloak, approached Fish and the others, lifting the hood on his head to reveal a hideous scar-covered face, and said with a grimace.
"You're wrong nya, only Fish is a cat, George and Fred are birds."
(??ˇ?ˇ??)
Fish corrected in all seriousness.
The wizard looked at Fish speechlessly...
Is that the point?
He had thought to intervene to scare those daring wizards away from the black-hearted people of Knockturn Alley, and that was why he had intervened....
Who would have thought that the little man in front of him would have was so brave and wouldn't be frightened by his fierce face at all.
The dark wizard, who had a rare moment of kindness, was speechless for a while, then readjusted his emotions that had been disturbed by the kitten, deliberately made a vicious expression, and said in a sullen tone: "A little wizard with such tender skin like you will surely fetch a good price."
And with that, he stuck out his tongue and licked the side of his mouth, which, with its hideously scarred appearance, made George and Fred flinch like two frightened quail.
"Really nya?!"
? (●?ω?●)?
Instead, Fish's eyes lit up and he asked excitedly: "Will the money from Fish's sale be enough to buy a Firebolt?".
Again, the corners of the dark wizard's mouth with the scarred face twitched, thinking he was crazy for butting in.
"Turns out there's a problem with the brain, so it's worthless."
Scarface said loudly and deliberately, as his last act of kindness, before turning to leave....
Only to have the kitten tug at his robe.
"You haven't told Fish how much nya can be sold for!"
(●ΦωΦ●)つ
Of course, Fish wasn't really that stupid, the villain's speech had appeared in many of Professor McGonagall's stories, and the kitten knew he wasn't a good guy.
And since they weren't good people, Fish figured he'd sell out and run off with the money, and beat the crap out of them if he got the chance.
"Let go of me, I'm not selling you!"
The dark mage with a scarred face was very helpless because of Fish, he no longer considered scaring Fish and just wanted to get rid of this annoying little mage.
"Hehehe... Little guy, are you short of money? why don't you come with me?"
At that moment, another small, cunning-looking man came out of the darkness, rubbing his hands together and smiling as he approached.
All three turned their heads to look at the man, the kitten not so much, but George and Fred shuddered even more.
The new dark wizard was confused, he was aware of his appearance, and while he didn't look like a nice guy, he was less intimidating than that guy with the scarred face.
As he wondered, he heard a cold voice behind him: "Oh? What would you like to do to the students at our school?"
The black magician turned around quickly and saw clearly the face of the man behind him.
It was a thin, pale man with a large hawk-like nose and hawk-like eyes, looking at him with a chilling stare.
