Kapitel 28: Chapter 28: Home

It was so easy to ignore real life while being on the trip of her life with Scott that when Florence saw herself on the plane back to New York, she didn’t want to think it was true.

She wished she could keep living that dream, waking up by Scott’s side every morning, spending the entire day by his side, and falling into his arms every night. It was a great routine to fall into.

“I've asked my people to take your things from your parents’ house to my penthouse. I know we haven’t discussed it, but I figured my place would make more sense, right?” Scott said at some point during the flight.

Florence was caught off guard, but not that surprised. She knew she’d have to live with him for a while at least. It was a good thing he had saved her all the trouble of packing and moving her things.

“Thank you. And yes, it definitely makes more sense than you living with my parents,” she joked. “I think I’ll sleep at my parents’ tonight though, just so I can check on them. Is that okay?”
