Kapitel 58: Rescuing the children
He sighed," Ann I know maybe you have been alone all these years but now you have me ."
Listening to his helpless tone Anna nodded like a chicken, she was really at fault this time.Seeing that ahe understood what he wanted to say Mo Jingzhi was relieved.
He patted her back to comfort her , she heard him say ," No matter what in future you have to remember there is someone waiting for you at your home. "
He didn't understand her behaviour because he was always surrounded by people who loved and cared about him . But he still tried his best to think form her point of view.
" Did you have dinner,?"he asked . She shook her head, he let out another helpless sigh looking at her made him think what would happen to her if she didn't meet him .
He quickly ordered the servants to make dinner all according to her taste . After having dinner they washed up were lying in each other's arms , Anna felt at ease unknowingly slept. Mo Jingzhi looked down at woman , seeing her breathing evenly a smile appeared on his face he pecked her forehead closed his eyes too.
Next day Mo Jingzhi got back to work while Anna went to inspect some of her businesses in country M .
She contacted Lu Jinnian he had already informed all the person in charge. She went to an interior design company Lu Jinnian opened last year .
De Decor was opened last year , in just one year it has opened its branches over 20 countries. She had to Lu Jinnian was quite powerful.
When she drove out of another company in the afternoon , she took a U turn was driving steadily when a little boy rushed infront of her car she quickly drove in another direction stepped on the breaks .
She got out of the car saw him staring blankly in her direction maybe he was very scared.
She walked towards him found him a child from country I she squatted down asked him gently in country I's language ,"Are you ok ?"
The boy suddenly burst into tears ," Sister sister, those bad people kidnapped all of us , my little sister is trapped please help please".
She took him to a nearby supermarket let him calm down looked at him ," Now listen to me , You take me to that place where you were trapped, ok sit in the car call the police only after everyone comes out , I will go in and save them . "
The boy nodded took her to the place was full of warehouses , he told her the route Anna quickly analysed the situation let him get back into the car and locked it , she put on a face mask .
She slowly walked into the direction avoiding all the people on the way , this really looked like a crime place , she walked for while when she saw a warehouse according to the boys discription .
With slow and steady steps she walked towards the back of the warehouse through a window she saw about 28-30 children sitting in crying, unconscious .
There were five men gaurding them. She saw a back door a blurry man was patrolling the backdoor , she moved at the speed that nobody could even take a glimpse of her arrived behind him , without hasel she struck a nerve in his neck , the man feel down with a bang.
Anna immediately snatched his gun searched his body took everything she felt was important, the voice attracted the attention of the five men in .
They looked at each other vigilantly, the leader nodded getting his sign two of them came out to check the situation.
When the saw the man lying down one of them squatted to check his situation the man who was standing felt a slight sting on him neck he fell down Anna didn't give the another one any chance immediately struck the one squatting with the gun he immediately fainted .
Anna slowly went in the other two were chatting with each other one of them saw her before her could react a bullet pierced through his skull , she immediately shot the another one near his heart .
Whether it was close combat or sharpshooting there was yet to be a person who could defeat her in the special forces she was known to be a very cruel officer she could kill anyone in one shot.
She checked everything then removed the ropes on the children she looked at the three children who was conscious and said ," Guys now listen to me , when the police arrives if they ask you who saved you then you should tell them that you didn't know " the children nodded with tears in their eyes she was from their country they definitely trusted her more in a minute the boy would call the police.
She went to the back door took a handkerchief wiped of her traces from the gun put it in the hands of a person who fainted she cleared all her traces .
Then she went back to the fainted men squatted down took one of the man on her back ran back to her car she put him in the boot of her car tied him with a scarf locked the boot , she unlocked the car the boy came out immediately ran in the crowd of the children.
She saw him running towards a little girl he took her into his arms coaxed her , wiped her tears , looking at scene her eyes were sour . She turned her face to the side.
She took out her laptop erased all of her surveillance traces inside the warehouse and it's surrounding area . She falsified a surveillance of her sitting in the car with that boy the whole time .
She already instructed the boy to tell the police that they were in the car the whole time that he didn't know how the children were saved .
In a minute the police arrived they went in took all the children out called for the ambulance for those who were injured and unconscious.
Also for the two corpses and the fainted men , then they asked Anna to follow them to give her statement.
Anna followed them gave her statement the police couldn't find any clue from her no matter what she was calm and composed the entire time .
She received a call from Mo Jingzhi but she couldn't answer it due to the investigation, yesterday he turned on the location tracker in her phone.
When he saw her location he immediately rushed over when he arrived Anna had already given her statement was about to come out of the police station.
He looked at her anxiously to check if there was any injury, she assured him," I am ok , I'm so exhausted let's go home and talk "he nodded.
When they reached home he didn't rush her to talk instead cooked her a meal let her have dinner first .
