Kapitel 25: 25

Tyra POV

I open my eyes to see the ceiling. I look around. Austin has me in a basement. My legs and arms hurt from the heavy chains. It is so cold and damp in here. There is not much light, but I see a window. I try to move as much as I can with the chains.

I hear whimpering and crying. The heavy collar makes my neck hard to move around. It takes every ounce of energy to move my neck to see what or who is crying and whimpering. "Tee," I shout across the room. She tries to talk to me, but she cannot speak. What has he done to her?

I hear something upstairs. Maybe a loud scream or someone hurt and then a thud on the floor above me. Screaming, I think I heard a scream.

"Tee, I am so afraid. I wish you could talk to me," I say to her. She whimpers and mumbles something, but I have no idea what she is saying.

"Alpha will come for us," I say to her.

The door opens to the basement. Heavy footsteps are approaching us. It is Austin. He is carrying a bloody knife.
