Something woke me up, I couldn't tell what it was but all I knew was that I was suddenly awake staring up at the golden ceiling. I laid still for a few minutes before I decided to stand up from the bed. The dim blue light provided by the moon illuminated the room giving it a soft hue that danced across the walls of my bedroom.

As I stood there, barefoot on the old marble floor, I couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity tugging at me. What secrets did the night hold that had disturbed my slumber? With quiet determination, I made my way towards the window, drawn to the moon's enchanting glow.
