Kapitel 67: Arriving at the Base (1)

While at the same time, Clover and Quinn departed and made their way toward the base. Outside the Base was a pair of guards crouching opposite to each other. They each hold a stick and they would occasionally draw something on the soil at every turn.

Their pair of eyebrows were constricted to each other while their thoughts were in full throttle. They seemed to play a particular game where they felt the need to put effort into using intelligence.

"Checkmate," said the left guard after he draw an O inside a square.

He turned his head upwards and met an annoyed look from the opponent. It appeared that the left guard had been defeating countless times the right guard, which caused the latter to feel annoyed.

To further provoke the right guard, he asked him with a smiling face, "The score?" While playing with his stick.

"Tch! It's 250 over 50," replied the right guard with a soft voice.

"Louder! I can't hear you."
