Kapitel 178: Just Anne

As Felix came back, his mind was filled with various thoughts.

Things had been even more complicated than he thought…

If he looked at it logically, Anne was basically doing a duty by killing those counts as the guardians must punish those who had or would most likely hurt their master. 

So...what was Anne thinking when she got himself also as her master?

Was it out of love?

Felix was conflicted.

On one hand, things felt very simple now that he knew what had happened.

But, on the other hand, things felt puzzling as he knew he would not get more explained answers for his doubts. 

'Do I even have any doubt now? Things already make sense. But...I don't feel anything...like I expected how I would feel if we were to one day find out how she is so mature and advanced...Sigh...So, can I call this the end? the real end?'

Felix was dazing off while he walked back to the office with all those thoughts running in his head.
