Kapitel 123: Bull acceleration technique

The Ragnarok Purgatory Blade! A sword that was rumoured to have existed as far back as the first living creature in the universe came into creation.

The Ragnarok Purgatory Blade was a sword that contained the strength of every single creature that has existed and died. From the tiny ants to the giants as tall as mountains to the whales in the sea to the krakens that roamed the sea and destroyed ships to the dinosaurs that created earthquakes with their steps.

It was a sword that no one could wield. It was simply to powerful.

So basically Stuart Graham did some digging in some ancient ruins, called in some favours from allies that knew about its existence and set out to find it.

Damien found out and came after Graham. They both found the sword at the same time and they had a massive battle. A battle that shook the land, sky and possibly the entire universe.

Nah I'm just kidding, it was a one sided beat down. Damien created some clones and they jumped Stuart.

Damien then grabbed the sword and made a speech about how he was going to enslave everyone and put them all into a matrix like simulation for his entertainment.

It was around a minute later that Damien started cracking like a glass. He then split into tiny millions of pieces. His clones also disappeared.

That is how Damien died. Also Stuart died from his injuries but I don't care.

To me I empathised with Damien when I was writing this story. I wasn't a full blown narcissist but I did consider myself to be better than everyone. My hubris was huge but I didn't let it show most of the time.

I enjoyed basking in the sunlight while reading my book from my head.

It was after 30 minutes when Muvolik and the dumb lion reached the top of the mountain where I had been sitting. Thomas was also out of breath and looked tired.

Goddamned fat child!

I will need to start watching his diet and put him on a training schedule so that he would get stronger. It was always best to start them young. I will start his martial arts training when he reached age 4 though.

Muvolik and the dumb lion were covered in injuries and blood while Thomas on the other hand was spotlessly clean.

"What happened to you guys? Just how hard is it for you to climb a hill?" I asked in bewilderment. Was the hill too tall for them? Did they slip and fall?

"There... were... monsters!" Muvolik panted. "Powerful creatures that we barely managed to escape our lifes with..."

"Is that so?" I asked. I didn't even know that there were monsters on this hill. I had not even looked around as I had managed to reach the top of the hill within a second. "Lead me to them." I ordered Muvolik and and the dumb lion and they did.

We walked down the mountain for a while and I asked Muvolik questions.

"Is there a blacksmith capable of making strong weapons?" I asked.

"Yes, in the city there are several. They all make decent weapons."

"I don't care about decent weapons, I want weapons that are above decent."

Muvolik thought for a while. "Not in this city no. In this city there is no master blacksmith or a blacksmith that can even use runes."

"Have you memorized all the scrolls?" I asked Muvolik. It had been 2 weeks since we had received the martial arts scrolls. I knew that it took time perfecting a martial art however I merely asked him if he could remember all the scrolls by memory.

If he could his training would be much easier as he did not need to consult the scrolls every single time.

"Yes I have, I have been focusing on the Bull acceleration technique since I have memorized it."

As we were walking I noticed a creature. It was short like a goblin with four arms and a skinless body.

"Try it out on that creature, I want to see what you learned." Two weeks was not enough to make significant progress but I at least wanted to see it in combat.

The Bull Acceleration technique was a technique in which one would increase their body weight by at least 2 fold and their speed by several fold for a few seconds.

The more you advanced the longer the duration and the amount of weight and speed that you exerted. I had done some research and found out that this technique was usually used by ninjas, assassins and surveillance groups. There has been known recorded cases of people completely disappearing from a person's sight and turn invisible. They had been so fast that people's brains would not comprehend them and their eyes would not perceive them.

This was a high level technique I took from the Golden Canary clan. Despite the warnings of his right hand, the sect leader opened the doors to his library. He said that he trusted me and would let me take whatever I wanted. He had thought that I would be shy and courteous and not be greedy however he was wrong.

All seven scrolls were high level techniques that took years to learn however the payoff would be great.

"If you say so." Muvolik said. He placed his hands on the ground like a marathon run and took of. He was slightly faster than before. Maybe by about 1.2 times.

The skinless monster noticed him however it could not react in time as Muvolik slammed his chest against the creature. It's neck snapped and it's body was sent flying into a tree.

"Naruhodo!" I said as I scratched my beard less chin. The concept behind the skill was pretty simple. What it did was that it strengthened one's body through Hyoksi. The Hyoksi would act as turbo, like in the video games and boost one's speed.

"I'll give it a try." I said as I noticed a giant monster. It was 7 metres tall and had muscles as big as boulders. It was skinless and held a giant wooden club.

I launched of the ground and before I even knew it I arrived before the giant monster. It had not even noticed me. No one had even noticed I had disappeared from my spot. I then used the Hyoksi my body and propelled myself forward while using it to increase my durability.

SPPPPLLAAATTT!

Red blood flew into the sky as chunks of meat fell down.

"Huh?" Muvolik was confused. He looked back at where I had previously been standing in confusion.
