"I'm amazed, Mrs. Cooper. You will give birth to twins." Jessie was left in the middle of confusion and questions as the sonographer's voice resounded in her ears.

Jessie continued to blink. She was still unable to process what she had just heard. Twins? Two infants instead of one? "What did you just say?" Jessie questioned. 

"Mrs. Cooper, you are going to have twins." 

Jessie's heartbeat picked up speed. 

"You should be happy, Mrs. Cooper. This is complete joy."
