Turning on the light, the person halted his steps when his eyes fell on the woman sitting on the couch.

"What are you doing here?" Removing the helmet, the person finally showed her real appearance making Jennifer scoff at her.

" I was waiting for you, Mel. Since you ended my call mid-way, I just thought to check on you to confirm that you aren't double-crossing me" Jennifer said only to see her roll her eyes.

"If you keep on pestering me like this, how am I going to concentrate," Mel said tossing away the helmet and slumped on the chair next to her.

Mel was already tailing the couple when she received a call from her. Fortunately, her phone was silent, but then she noticed the couple stop while standing outside their suite and it alarmed her.
