Kapitel 425: Healing together

Alice held her breath, as she remained frozen on her seat. The bad memories from her past came rushing through her mind, breaking away all the good ones and she couldn't help but feel her blood run dry.

Her hand that was aiding him trembled dropping the cotton bud. 

Alarmed by her reaction, Noah panicked and immediately pulled away his hand from her hold and kneeled down in front of her.

"Alice... look at me," he said immediately cupping her face as he made her look at him.

"Breath okay, just breath" he tenderly spoke and started imitating. Taking a deep breath he tried to enact.

Alice wasn't entirely healed from the trauma she faced in her past. They still triggered her when mentioned. They weren't as severe as before, but the thought of it can sometimes make her freeze.
