Kapitel 216: Almost festive

Davi leaned away from the table before Rodrigo's head hit it, avoiding the worst of the blood spatter when the fork was pushed further into his skull.

It shouldn't have surprised him. 

The whole thing was fucked from the start. Now, looking at Rodrigo's quickly cooling corpse, he wondered if this would get them in trouble with Vital. 

Melissa leaned back on her chair with laborious sigh and took a sip of her wine, swirling it around the glass while observing the damage coolly. "He was always messy. To the end, needed people to clean up after him." She sighed again. "I suppose I'm no different."

She took another sip and placed the glass down on the table, careful to avoid the slowly spreading pool of blood. All the red looked almost festive, it barely stood out against the Christmas decorations.
