Kapitel 131: A ghost

"Dad, " Zuni grinned like a happy child as he pulled her into a bear hug. 

"Who is this gorgeous lady?" Long Jie asked with a wide smile. 

Zuni giggled. She was a twenty-eight years old woman but whenever it came to this man, she was always five. He treated her like she was still a baby and doted on her so much that it could get exasperating at times for others. 

"That's Zuni, your daughter, " Zuni said, pointing at herself. For a moment, she forgot about her heartache and once again, she was a five years old girl whose father was her entire world. There was just something otherworldly about a father-daughter bond and nothing could compare to it, not even fairytales. 

"We have a surprise for you, " Zhenyi said once the father and daughter were done showing off their love for each other. 

Zuni stared at her mother and said, "Mom, do you have a fever?" 

Was it only her or did anyone notice that her mother was behaving pretty abnormally?
