"You are a very smart boy, Eden Locker." said the Great Lord Angus Grey, "You are different. You are special and you are unique.
However, there is a dark side waiting for you. It will hurt you and toss you under all your shoes.
This will devastate you, Eden.
You are single, alone, despised, and hopeless.
You will be carrying a lot of burdens on your shoulders.
Burdens that can throw you into the darkness.
You will have to face people's, friends and close ones' betrayal, fellow mates' ditches, insults, teasing.
You will be taken as a showpiece of making fun, a loser in the eyes of millions.
Even after approval of my statements, they may call you a lair, fake e-bloodline, fraud.
However, you will have your way.
You are brave on many occasions and you will grow into a strong man.
I am asking you to study hard in this school.
Study for whatever aims you have.
Fight for what you dream.
You won't fall none will you ignore anything.
You must try your level best to grow stronger than the people around you.
You can do better.
I can sense a strong sent of energy erupting from you but, you can't see it.
Your hardships will be tougher than anyone in this school.
Why I am mentioning these numerous times is because you are a single being in the entire world.
Your entire family has been massacred and you are the only one left.
You will need to grow on your own without any parent or family support.
Since you are here it's difficult for any one of us to believe in you.
Magus, who has come from nowhere, and is declaring his bloodline, is hard to accept in society.
People don't believe in odd facts so easily.
However, knowing all these hardships I say I believe in you…."
"WHAT?!" shocked the boy out of his skin. He was growing terrified by his speech but when the last sentences came out of his voice, it turned his blank,
"Believe in me….? Wha…...why?" he asked without any hesitation.
The Lord smiled by analyzing the decentness of the child. He replied,
"I truly apologize for speaking such heart-breaking words.
You are too young to understand this form, on my side, Eden Locker. It's complicated.
I won't throw you into depression.
As a simple term for your side, I am your teacher.
There is a saying that goes:
A student's success is only possible when a teacher trusts him."
This made Eden lose his speech.
He didn't understand what the Lord was aiming at.
Why was he speaking such trustworthy words?
No one before ever spoken to him this way so why him?
On the contrary, the Lord said,
"So, I am requesting you, with all my sincerity, to work hard, built yourself, and grow to become our Ninth Principal after you are done with all your duty."
"WHAT?!" exclaimed the entire hall.
"Me?" shocked Eden out of his skin.
Suddenly a student argued, "But, why he?"
"WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN HE?" exclaimed some in rage.
"WHY A LOSER LIKE HIM?!" protested another student.
Then there raised objections.
"Is it because he is single that's all?" pointed out some in jealousy.
"Is this game just for a lower life Magus?" shouted some when some cried out,
"WHY NOT US?!"
Slowing Eden began to understand what the Lord meant in his statements.
By hearing the shouts and rows of the students, the Lord's speech was making up some senses.
Immediately, the volunteer acted when one, among them, with a bulky body, roared,
"SILENCES!!!!"
His weave of roar washed away the schemers from creating misconduct, offing all the volumes in mute mode.
"RESPECT THE GREAT LORD!" scolded a man, "He isn't wrong about anything!
He will speak like every teacher would in a school.
So, BEWARE YOURSELF!" he scolded shut all the contester's lips.
No one spoke and no one breathe,
All eyes were glued to the podium.
The Great Lord Angus, heard all the protestors. It didn't make him rage, however, matter as these were usually turning into conflict.
He was known to these results thus, he smiled looking up at the hall.
"It's NOT because he is single or rare" replied the Lord adding,
"There is something that all students have in them including Eden Locker himself. It's like a lantern that when glows, enlightens out the secret potential that went missing....
Every student has their lanterns. Even you…." Smiled the Lord down at Eden who was only staring,
"However, the future will tell when it shall bright.
So, I am asking you again... Will you agree to my request?"
On the other hand, Eden didn't expect this huge request not to mention that also from a Lord.
His request left him locked behind the bars of confusion with no key to unlock an answer.
However, one thought was fixed that if an elder was requesting, it would be a shame to deny it.
During my school days, My principal made me promise this way to him.
He spoke kind words and requested to study hard.
If one day I get to met up with him, I want to make sure whether I did complete the promise that you trusted me in or did I fail.
Only future days will tell me that....... until the time comes I will wait.
