Silence reigned as all parties gazed at one another, none wanting to make the first move. Cain remained still, intending to keep his power hidden for as long as possible. He saw this gathering as an opportunity to observe and learn. If no one challenged him, that would be ideal.

"I would like to see what the dragon Abaddon has to offer," a voice rang out, breaking the quiet.

Surprisingly, the speaker wasn't from the Sun Church or the South Coast Alliance. Instead, it came from the Moon Cult.

Cain turned to see a young woman with golden hair and eyes glowing with moonlight. She had been standing next to Meylin, silent until now, yet the first words she spoke were a challenge directed at him.
