Secretly holding intercontinental teleportation formation was a grave crime, and it did not make much sense for the Azure Royal Family to risk it. While moving through continents was hard, a Divine Ascension cultivator could do it with enough effort and safety, not to mention that due to their status, the Azure Royal Family could ask to use the ones in control by the Imperial Court.
