Kapitel 109: Mia one-sided date (2)

Mia and Ken decided to go to a shopping mall nearby. The mall wasn't that far, so they decided to walk while digesting the food that they had just eaten.

"So, Ken. You will teach me self defence, right? Is Sunday fine for you?" Mia asked, walking side by side with Ken. 

Actually, Mia already had enrolled in a self-defence class on Sunday morning. But, so what? She could pull out of that class. Having Ken as his teacher would allow her to see the handsome man more often.

"Why do you want to learn self-defence, Ms Mia?" Ken asked.

Mia fidgeted with her fingers in front of her. "To protect myself," she said with a forlorn look in her eyes, but then she shook her head and flashed a bright smile. "I told you Phoenix saved me, right? She saved me by fighting with two guys. She looks so cool while fighting those guys. Seeing her fight skillfully, I want to be as cool and as skilful as her."
