Kapitel 67: Phoenix’s lullaby

The night was supposed to be a fun and distressed night for Mia, but it ended up with her getting devastating news about Katie.

Ethan escorted the two police officers out of the room once they had finished questioning Phoenix and Mia.

Phoenix could see that Mia was really disturbed by the news and as her friend, she decided that she would accompany Mia that night. She walked towards Mia and sat next to her on the couch.

"Why don't you stay with me tonight?" Phoenix said.

Mia looked at Phoenix and gave her a grateful smile. She bobbed her head accepting Phoenix's invitation.

"That would be great. You need someone to be with you. Thank you Phoenix." 

Ashton was grateful towards Phoenix. He was worried about his little sister and didn't want to let her be alone. Ethan would be busy handling the after effects of this incident, and he would have to extend his hand to help Ethan behind the scene.
