Kapitel 20: Where Is He?

Magnus has been roaming inside the kitchen since he woke up an hour ago as he was preparing breakfast for both him and his father and his mind was very busy thinking of the royal guards' request of joining the brodalisques collection of the emperor.

The thought of providing medical and financial help to his father by being a brodalisque for the emperor did not leave his mind even for a second since the royal guard came to his house yesterday.

A sigh escaped his mouth before he starts taking the plates of food from the counter to the dining table when he noticed his father coming inside the kitchen " Good morning, sweetheart."

Magnus could not help but smile happily when his father patted his hair before sitting at the dining table" Good morning, father."

"Magnus, my dear. I want to talk to you about something." Magnus gave all his attention to his father and hummed as he silently listened to what his father wanted to say.
