It was dawn, but Gao Guang was woken up by the ringing of the phone.

Highly sensitive to the sound of a ringing phone, Gao Guang snatched up the receiver in less than two seconds, his voice groggy as he answered, "Hello!"

How Gao Guang had hoped someone would notify him that reinforcements were on the way, but when he picked up the phone, he instead heard a familiar but not the expected voice saying, "Hey, Mad Dog, I really hope I'm not disturbing you. You said to call you, but you never did, and um, I was wondering how you're considering it."
