He throws a fast punch but it didn't land.
He then followed it up with a barrage of punches but none of them landed. It was a shock for him because even a trained martial artist like master roshi isn't able to dodge all of his attacks. But the man in front of him doesn't seem like he is putting in any effort of dodging his attacks.
Then he was able to catch a punch that White throws at him and put a little spin on it as he throws him away. White was sent flying.
"White" bulma who was watching the fight with Jaco was worried about him.
"Don't worry. Agent merus is an elite agent known for not injuring any of his opponents unless someone's life is in danger." Jaco said.
"He has not unintentionally injured no one in his entire career " Jaco added.
"You are pretty strong. You might be even stronger than our agent over there" merus said.
"Are you referring to Jaco? If so I took offence to that" White replied.
"I am sorry to hear about that. Now let us continue," merus said as he pulled off a rod out of nowhere.
"This time allow me to take the offence, " he said.
"You are too uptight. I kind of miss Yamcha just by looking at you" White said.
"Here I go" after saying that a punch immediately landed on White's body.
And numerous hits followed.
How is the landing attacks he isn't that fast? White thought.
The difference is that agent merus was utilizing an ability called ultra instinct. An ability which is considered hard even for gods to master. The ability is so busted that even possessing the ability will allow you to go toes to toes with the most powerful beings in the universe.
For white who was still not on this level, this was overkill.
"Your friend was really strong you know," Jaco said.
"But this is strange. I mean I have never seen him being this overwhelmed " she replied.
"Haaaaaa." with no more options left white was forced to use the power that he have obtained while he was training with Kami.
His eyes started to turn golden as his aura changed from white to greenish colour.
His hair spiked upwards as his body becomes bulky and his height increased.
This is because white found a way to use part of the great ape's power without needing to transform into one. (based on Broly's transformation before Lssj in super. The Same 10 times multiplier)
"His power level increased," merus said.
