Kapitel 6: Chapter 6 Wounded pride
"I mean this isn't that bad," White said as he moved around the living area. He didn't know that gravity in the living area is different from outside the area.
"Ok, so there is a clock. Some chairs. A bed and some foods here." White was surprised by how convenient everything is. He thought that he would be spending in a forest-like area with nothing at his disposal so he was quite surprised when he found out that everything was given to him.
"Do the old man seriously think I can not live for more than a day at this place," White said in a disappointed tone as he walked around the living area but unknowingly he stepped outside the living area by mistake and faced slammed onto the ground because of the increase in gravity.
"What the?" he was surprised but he was not able to recover as he was not strong enough to withstand a gravity ten times greater than the earth.
He was only in for only a few minutes and he already wanted to get out. But he didn't want to as it would mean that he was not even good enough to stay in here for a few seconds.
While still on the ground he saw the giant hourglass with Emerald sands counting down.
He then tries to get up using force. It seems to work for a few seconds as he was able to get up to his knee but because of the amount of energy he had to use he was quickly exhausted and his face was then slammed again onto the ground. This time the impact was so great that he feels some kinds of liquid start to fall from his head. It was blood.
"Crap. I can not let myself be humiliated by this non-sentient room like this." he became angry and started to use every bit of energy that he have to stand up and walk towards the living area. But he fell again in the middle and falls again. There was no distance between him and the living area as it was only a step but not being able to move your muscles make it harder than it is.
With no option left the only method that he was left is to crawl back. As the three-year-old boy crawled back bit by bit to the place until he was released from the gravity. At first, white was thinking about getting out as soon as he could but after having to crawl on the ground with a wounded pride he decided that he would stay an entire year a day in earth's time like how kami said or he will die trying.
