Kapitel 39: Did we have sex?

"Sorry about that." Adam jogged his way back to the kitchen as Luca carried the used plates to clean them after eating. 

"It's fine," she said, drying her hand with a cloth. "Don't worry about it. Are you sure you won't eat, though?"

Adam leaned his arms against the armrest. "Yes, but I didn't know you… wash the dishes."

"Why?"

"It just doesn't look like it."

"What do I look like then?"

"A princess." His lips stretched while she chuckled. 

Luca marched towards him, standing on the other side of the counter. She placed the clothing to the side, spreading her hands whilst holding the edge. 

"Are you always like this?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "I mean, you surely know your way with your words. And you're quite charming too."

"I'm not a flirt," he chuckled, being more direct than how she went around in circles. Adam leaned his face forward, biting his lower lip to stop it from stretching ear to ear.
