Kapitel 97: Why need a wolf?

All the way back to Los Angeles, Deno didn't mind the mileage but for Dezmond to have the audacity to tell him where to meet, and not the other way around proved to him the Hellsing leader was keen on disrespecting a vampire lord.

This might be a setup but Deno was quite confident that there are few things a human can do to threaten him, even if he is the so called Van Hellsing, vampire and werewolf hunter galore.

What didn't sit right with Deno though is the fact that Dezmond was already in America, he would have guessed for sure the man was in Romania, as the stories tell him to be, or even at the Vatican church, yet here Deno was, driving to meet him in the city of angels.

If there truly was angels here would they be a little frightened at a vampire coming to see the slayer? An equal grounds meeting between beings from two different worlds that in essence hated each other so much, the very ground didn't have space for the two of them?
