A week passed after the arrival of the sin of Gluttony and strangely, after that night the world went quiet. Since then, he hasn't heard from Blink or Armanthos. Neither has their forces done anything reasonable since then.

It all felt strange.

"Are you thinking about the events of the previous night?" Damon snapped out of his trance and turned to face Rose who was standing by the door with a slight smile on her face. Unknown to them, Damon was the one in charge of the body, and the green light in his eyes burnt secretly.

"Doesn't that mean we have someone even more powerful to deal with?" Damon asked with a raised eyebrow and Rose laughed.

"It's nothing serious kid, no one can win against the Beyond," Rose said simply.

It seemed as if the Beyond had left a deep mark in his mind and that was the reason for the insane amount of trust and confidence in him.
