Kapitel 102: Miss you

"Beatrix?" he called out softly as he approached.

She turned towards him, her eyes red and swollen. "Oh, Rhys," she said, her voice heavy with emotion. "I've been sitting here for hours, just thinking."

Rhys walked over and sat down beside her, taking her hand in his. "What are you thinking about?" he asked gently.

"I'm thinking about everything that's happened," she said, her voice shaking. "I'm thinking about how unfair it all is. And I'm thinking about how much I miss him. It's been two months now."

Rhys nodded understandingly, his heart heavy with pain. 

"I know it's hard," he said softly. "But we'll get through this together. I promise."

Beatrix looked at him, her eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Rhys," she said, leaning her head on his shoulder. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Rhys wrapped his arm around her, holding her close as they sat there on the balcony, watching the sun set over the city.
