Kapitel 2: Genix
Roki wakes up from his stupor. Some of Roki's nightgowns were already on fire. Now the remaining sleep pants are an inch above the knee. He stood holding a rifle in both hands. When he walked his body felt very weak.
"Where am I?"
Roki's heart stopped beating. His hands immediately touched his chest. His stomach felt very nauseous.
He vomited brown mucus. His body felt hot, his skin began to tear, he watched his bones go in and out of the broken glass of a building. Over and over again, Roki was in pain as he watched his body split and reconnect.
Finally Roki fainted again. An hour later, Roki woke up from his stupor. He walked alone through the City of the Dead.
Up ahead, he saw a group of people walking in an uncertain direction. Their clothes were shabby, with holes and stained with dried blood. Roki gets scared when he sees them eating human corpses lying on the road.
"Zombies?"
His whole body felt hot again. The pores of his skin emitted white smoke and he screamed in pain. The zombies are aware of its existence.
They smiled while dripping blood. Zombies walk up to Roki. Both of their hands pointing forward and ready to pounce on Roki.
Ratatar! Ratatar!
Roki guesses the zombies are running after him. He ran backwards while shooting at the zombies chasing him. Then he turned and ran for cover.
There are only two magazines in the pants pocket. Suddenly, a monster in the form of a half-butterfly human came out of the building.
The monster flew fast towards Roki. Roki immediately shot the monster. The agile movement of the monster makes the bullet miss.
"Damn, that monster is so fast! What should I do!?"
He cried seeing the monster approaching while tightly gripping his weapon and running as fast as he could. One of the zombies jumps from the left side. Roki hit the creature with his left hand until it bounced quite far.
Boom!
One of the buildings exploded. Roki glanced towards the source of the explosion. He was very surprised to see the butterfly monster was already in front of him.
The monster, directly pierced Roki's stomach with its bee-like body. Blood came out of his stomach. The monster brought Roki to fly as high as possible with its stomach still stuck.
The monster tried to bite him, Roki held the monster's mouth with his rifle. Roki hit the side of the monster's face very hard. The monster lost its balance.
Roki pressed the tip of the rifle to his jaw and shot him dead. The monster needle that stabbed into Roki's stomach was released. The stab wound to Roki's stomach recovered very quickly.
Roki falls and hits a building. And finally Roki fainted. Slowly Roki's consciousness has returned. He saw a skull hanging by a rope.
The skeleton, wearing a dark green coat, black jeans and a pair of loafers. Roki cries hysterically while hitting the wall.
"Help me! I want to go home!"
A ray, emitted from the iron fist attached to his right hand. He saw the simulation of himself turning into a monster on the hologram. After that, the simulation of him turning into a monster ended.
Then the hologram, showing a 50 year old man wearing glasses and a white coat. The man had silver hair and eyebrows. He stood still looking at Roki with concern.
"Good evening, introduce my name is Professor Xenom. I am the creator of Genix, the iron fist placed on your right hand."
"Bastard quickly give me back now!"
"With your current state, it's impossible for you to return."
"How are you responsible for all this you bastard!"
"Noisy! I wouldn't have done this if I had to!"
"What do you mean?!"
"If you want to know the truth, come to my underground Laboratory!"
"Why not just here?!"
"You are now on January 19, 2500. Genix battery remaining 499%. If you don't want to be stuck in this age. Come to my Laboratory."
His iron fist Genix displayed a holographic display. On the hologram screen, he saw the map leading to Professor Xenom's Laboratory. The laboratory is 990,000 Km from where Roki is standing. Roki cries hysterically.
"Roki. There's no point in you crying, face it. Better, mentally prepare to start tomorrow's journey. Once you get to my Laboratory, I promise to send you back to 2020."
"Is that true?"
"I swear."
"But how can I not hold on? Weapons, even other supplies I don't have."
"There's no other choice, son. You'll have to find it yourself."
The professor in the form of a hologram disappeared. Then, Roki lowered the corpse that was still hanging. Roki took off the corpse's clothes and put it on.
Finished wearing clothes, he saw a black backpack. He was curious about the contents of the bag. Inside the bag, there is a white and black gun.
As he shoots out a laser beam. The laser can burn and destroy the target. Besides the gun he saw a box containing thousands of red chips.
The hologram beam reappeared and then displayed the information on the gun in his hand. The way to charge it is to just slide the edge a little and then insert the chip. It was getting dark, Roki lay down on the floor and fell a sleep.
