Kapitel 16: Chapter 16: Who’s The Killer?

There on the ground lay the one man that might have answers for them.

Reign was dead. His veins were blackening. There was a small pool of blood spilled on the ground coming from his side and his eyes were open and wide, suspended in a state of shock.

Fiona flew to Cade’s side, grabbing him by the arm. “Cade! Are you okay? I thought… I thought it was you. I saw you coming here and then people were shouting…”

“It’s okay. I’m fine,” Cade said, squeezing Fiona’s hand. She tried to peek around him at the body on the floor but he didn’t wish for her to see the grotesqueness, so he blocked her view.

She crashed her forehead into the crook of his shoulder and heaved a big sigh. “Who is it?”

“It’s him. It's Reign…”

Before either of them could say another thing, people were flocking around the body to see who it was. But after one glance at the Reign’s body, their eyes were locked suspiciously at Cade.

“Hey, Cade, man, everyone is staring at you…” Josh pointed out.
