Kapitel 92: Chapter 91- Clingy Earl

Yasmin peered at the phone in her hand, debating whether to call Declan. She ran her finger over his name on the screen. After much deliberation, she finally pressed the call button, only to have it disconnected immediately.

'No, no… He must be busy.' She dropped the phone aside. Her eyes slowly moved to the phone, impatient to talk to him.

'Shall I call him?' She bit her bottom lip. 'He must be busy in a meeting.' She thought, oblivious to the fact that Declan had gone to a pub with Francis.

In a private room of a pub…

Francis wondered why his boss had brought him here. He didn't forget how eager Declan was to leave early. What had happened in an hour to cause him to come to the bar instead of going home?

"Why are you not going home?" he asked, surprised.

Declan didn't reply to him. He first poured himself a glass of whiskey and took a sip of it. "Do you have a girlfriend?" He didn't bother answering him.
