"Twenty-four hours is up," Josef smiled as he walked out of his carriage. He walked towards the monarch's villa where everyone was already waiting for him. This time, they invited a few of the monarch's concubines, including the prince's mother.

Obviously, this was simply done to make it look formal.

The current monarch knew his son needed to die. He also knew that Damon was only framing Alexandra to get what he wanted.

"My lord, Miss Eve and Damon just arrived. Are we going to wait for them?" Johnson appeared behind him.

"Of course," Josef said. He was the type of person who would never wait for anyone — even if it was the current monarch. But he is going to wait for this woman.

"You look like you had a wonderful sleep," Damon's voice reached his ears before he could even turn around. "Did you enjoy hurting the innocent, my lord?" Damon asked.
