Kapitel 68: A strange message

I've not had Italian food before. However, when I ate the ones Sly ordered, I fell for the food.

"This is the most delicious meal I've ever had the pleasure of having."

The way the good melts in the mouth, was what made me fall for it.

"The chef is good in what he does," Sly smiled.

Eating and conversing with Sly is like a dream come true.

This is his first time looking at me without contempt. And it feels good.

It's good to have him smile at me like a husband, and not a necessary liability.

"Come." He gestured for me to come close to him.

"What?"

"Just come," he said, his eyes solely on my mouth.

"Oh," I took a napkin from the pack on the table and wiped my mouth with it as I'm not ready to go through the wiping of the mouth, with him.

"You cleaned it." He sounded sad.

"What's wrong? Wasn't I supposed to clean it?"
