All of that was achieved because Blake absorbed and used all the power that Mammon had achieved by stealing the spiritual power of the entire population of the Rosenheim Dukedom, and then fused with all his Vampire Spirits to contain it.

That divine form, his powerful appearance, his divine authority… With just mere words, the people that had been cursed, whose souls had been permanently parasitized with the demonic soul parasites of mammon…

All returned back to normal.
