The rest of the ride was just idle chatting about the scenery that passed by and explaining the images to Rena, who had a thousand questions about everything.

They could feel the speed of the massive train slow as it got close to the capital.

"Looks like we are here." Lucy said. "The mansion we all live in is not far from the station."

"I am looking forward to seeing everyone." Joshua said as the sound of the breaks made a loud screech as the train came to a complete stop.

The three of them made their way out of the train and into the station. Where an unexpected scene awaited them. Hundreds of guards were all standing surrounding the exit with their spears and weapons at the ready.

"I see the reports were true." A particularly well-dressed guard with golden etching on his armor said. "The demon lord has returned and is riding on this train."

"Scan." Joshua said softly to see who was talking to him.
