Kapitel 50: Vengence

The door to Gina's bakery opened with the same little bell chime that it always did. "Well, hello there Joshua." Gina's mother said as he entered the bakery. "What brings you here tonight?"

"Is Gina here?" Joshua asked.

"No, I haven't seen the girl all day." Her mother said. "I was hoping she was with you."

"No, she left my house this morning and headed to the bakery." Joshua explained. "Are you sure she hasn't been here?"

"I am certain." Her mother replied. "Oh, dear I hope nothing happened to her."

"I will look for her at once." Joshua said as he quickly left the bakery and slammed the door behind him. His heart was racing, and he was in a panic. His mind was racing with thoughts of what could have happened to her.
