Kapitel 395: Trap in the Inn

"Oh," Keith said in disappointment.

The branch disappeared behind the window. When Leon looked down, the tree had stood stiffly right below the window, as if it had been growing there from the start.

Keith tugged Jeffrey's arm and had the medicinal herb heal him with its root. 

Jeffrey's wounds have worsened. The skin at the back of his neck disappeared and red patches replaced his skin with some of his bloody white bones protruding.

Leon caught a glimpse of these wounds and winced. 

What kind of monster has a poison that will eat away human flesh without letting them feel pain? 

It's more terrible than being in pain while wounded. 

Leon finally felt relieved when the medicinal herb did its magic. Jeffrey's skin at his neck gradually turned to normal. He followed the two into the winding corridors until they arrived at the familiar room.
