Kapitel 300: Classroom

A slight static noise echoed from the other person's end.

Lexi recognized it immediately even though she was not physically there. 

"Is the curse acting up again?"

The buzz in her ears confirmed her guess.

"I'm good now. Thank you for your help. You can leave and take care of your brother there. Make sure those other demon lords won't find out any abnormalities in your brother's condition."

The other person imparted their farewell and said more important things like protecting Lucien in their stead and always being careful. Lexi assured the other person before the presence disappeared completely. 

With one last glance, Lexi left the red forest. 

She can feel Keith is not too far away from her. His vitals are also normal. He was staying quiet. Could it be he's hiding?
