Kapitel 64: My curse 7

His hands patted my head gently. That trace of feeling bursting in my chest surges like a high tide. Warmth spread through my head, going directly to my chest. 

What is this? 

When he withdrew his hand, I felt reluctant. I still want to bathe in his warmth. In the courtyard, the number of dead bodies piled up. 

The soldiers are losing numbers. He pulled me by the hand as we escaped to the walls. He helped me climb to the low roof and slipped himself in before the demon tiger could spot us. 

This hiding place is the perfect spot. But I don't know if it can ensure complete safety from the demon tiger. 

There's a small window in the roof curviture that shields us from its sight. Together, we crouched down to hide ourselves. 

"That was you...." Something in my memory clicks as I try to remember where I've seen him before. Why did he feel so familiar.
