Kapitel 50: Anyone

Arriving at Old Fe's office, a small pearl was sitting on the desk. A note was stuck in it.

'To Lucien.'

He rubbed the pearl between his fingers. It took two turns before the surroundings melted in the background. It was like someone splashed acid on the walls, peeling the paint and wallpaper apart.

The little protagonist drew a little closer to him and clung to his side. The familiar greenery was exposed in their eyes. The large fields of mountains, the nearby lake, and the cabin used by Old Fe to create vials for the exorcism tools and weapons.

Lucien decisively marched into the cabin. Locking himself inside the house without letting Aiden in.

"What? Lucien, open this door!" The little protagonist bangs into the door.

"Wait, I'll come out later." He raked his eyes through the shelves, looking for the list of books Old Fe told him to hide.
