Kapitel 137: Bye, Mother!

The following day.

Brent and Irene woke up at 7:00 in the morning.

He planted a kiss on her head. "Sweetie, eat plenty okay? Don't starve yourself and our baby. And don't tire yourself!" he said gently.

Irene smiled. "Yes, I will follow everything you said," she replied sweetly, caressing her tummy lovingly.

"Good girl!" he said, rising to his feet, leaving the bed, and heading to the bathroom.

Irene watched him disappear inside the bathroom. She smiled, shutting her eyes again, looking forward to extending her sleep for another hour.

A few minutes later.

Brent exited the bathroom, and went back to bed, gazing at Irene's shut eyes. "Sweetie, are you going back to sleep?" he asked.

Irene opened her eyes and replied, "Yes..."

"Okay, go back to sleep, I'm going back to my house now," said Brent, planting another kiss on her lips. "I love you!"

"I love you more!" Irene replied radiantly.
