Kapitel 89: Ritual Place

After Aurora finished vomiting in the toilet bowl, she gurgled water in her mouth and returned to bed. This time she climbed the bed and lay down, feeling sick in her stomach.

Drake looked at her worriedly. "Are you okay?" he asked.

"I'm fine," Aurora replied blandly without looking at him.

Drake sighed. "Do you want to go to the garden?" he offered, knowing that the sight of colorful flowers could cheer her up.

Aurora shook her head. "No, thanks, some other time. I just want to rest in bed, I'm feeling sick all of a sudden," she replied.

He joined her in the bed and looked into her eyes. "Are you feeling sick due to the way I describe how to cut the girls?" he asked.

"Yeah..." Aurora finally admitted.

"Don't worry, the girls won't feel any pain at all, they will be put to a deep sleep before the ritual. And after their passing, their souls are already heading straight to the heavens above," he said, trying to make her feel less guilty.
