Irene checked the performance of the newly hired house staff and she was delighted, for they are indeed very hard-working people based on the quality of their work around the house.

She was pleased with her decision in hiring them. She exited the house and checked the guard on duty at the gate. Quinto was standing near the gate, performing his job.

She turned around, going back to the house. She settled on the sofa in the living room, watching her siblings playing with their toys on the floor.

She saw her mother going to the kitchen. Since there's nothing for her to do, she might as well take this opportunity to talk to her mother about Brent. "Mother, can I talk to you for a moment," she requested.

Adoora nodded her head and joined her daughter on the sofa. "What is it, daughter? Do you have something important to tell me?" she asked.

"Mom, are you planning to turn the backyard into a garden?" Irene asked.

"Yes, why?" answered Adoora.
