The purple demon slowly flew with the elf and Mother cat.
While Nalia and I floated up-
Steady pace-
As I thought- the first ten floors had nothing.
Past the eleventh though, there were a lot of stuff.
The whole castle looked like just walls- tall- round walls.
But past the tenth floors- we saw doors- on the walls-
Namely- rooms.
Rooms sticking out into the outside-
Each floor had about three rooms-
And our stop?
The top floor-
The throne room.
So far, no guards- soldiers, nothing.
"You're sure your boss is on the top floor?"
"Yes-" The demon managed. "But- what will do you? Our lord is also there and-"
And I didn't want to deal with the demonlord in my current state.
As recovered as I was, I was still hella tired.
So-
I had to resort to negotiations.
But as things were-
Negotiations weren't going to be a thing-
If my hunches were right.
If you've stuck this long and still reading this (Perhaps even enjoying) the book- thank you.
I mean it.
Have a nice day.
