When Gus woke, he was once again somewhere new. However, the difference between waking up this time and waking up in the prison was far different. He was awake, and he could move and see his surroundings, but it felt like he was in an extremely vivid dream rather than actually awake.
On one side stood a vast sea of blue, and on the other sat a collection of hills, covered in vegetation. He was clothed in armour, and wore a red cape over his shoulder. Attached to his left arm was a large, circular shield and he held a long spear in his right hand. He also had a small sword tucked away in its scabbard attached to his hip.
Looking at the people around him, he found that he was in the third line back in the formation that he found himself to be a part of. He looked at the positioning of the formation as well as the weapons they all wielded, and he recognised it from some film that he watched when he was younger.
