Kapitel 55: Chapter 52
I am preparing to welcome my parents. They will be coming back from the afterlife. It's my selfish wish.
They died while I was at odds with them. It really wasn't an odd but childishness. I was holding a grudge against them for trying to kill me.
However, they are only human. They will fear something they don't and can't understand. I was young and immature too. So I held that grudge and held it till they died.
But losing them made me realize that I actually didn't hate them. If I had just talked with them, everything would've been fine.
So I will have a nice talk. Whether they forgive me or not is another matter. But I have to face them.
System is in charge of bringing them. I will just provide .
That was the plan. However, I decided to give Eden her mother back. And I took quite the beating from her.
I don't blame her and neither am I angry with her. Because, it was me who struck first. I was going to test my abilities and thought that a bear would be perfect.
She happened to be the bear and I killed her quite mercilessly. Now, she repaid the favor. But she didn't kill me. I thought I would meet System again.

I am intrigued but if I end up like last time, it's better after I acquire the minimum strength.

That's true too. I still am wrapped like a mummy. The beating she gave me did a number on my body.
20 of my bones are broken. My spine is fractured. I could be paralyzed for life as well. My bowel is internally bleeding which I stopped. I got some brain damage as well. My teeth were broken.
If I had to go to a doctor, they would faint first. And faint again. The test reports would just blow their minds.
"Master, are you okay?" (Hazel)
Hazel looks at me from above. I am currently lying on the bed, all tied up like a mummy. is working to repair my body.
But bigger damages take longer times to heal.
"Somehow. I reaped what I had sown."
"Yes. I was clearly against that idea and yet you went to kill a bear. She should have beaten you up a bit more." (Hazel)
"Hazel, when did you become so cold? Can't you see that if not for my enhanced body, I would have died a long time ago."
But I didn't anything to fortify my body. I took that beating with just a normal human body. No other enhancements were in place.
Even then, my body is pretty tempered. I won't break so easily. So she has fairly high stats. Fay is here too. But she isn't speaking to me.
"Fay, are you wondering why I was beaten to death?"
"No. I get the idea that you did something to that woman in the past. Because she really wanted to kill you." (Fay)
"Yet she didn't. I also thought that she would kill me."
"I think it was because of Eden. She is her mother, right?" (Fay)
"Yes. She is the bear who gave birth to Eden. And I killed her on a whim."
"Killing her on a whim is bad. No one wants to die because of someone else's whim. It's disrespectful." (Fay)
"I think I get that feeling. Because, I was about to be killed as well. But, I wouldn't die just from being killed."
"Stop talking like a demon. You sound more like a demon than human." (Fay)
"Do I now?"
It's surprising. I thought it was my own accent. Guess, someone beat me to it.
By the way, Eden and her mother are in my parents's room. She was only wearing a white one piece. I told her to wear something from my mother's clothes.
So she is there. But she is taking an awful lot of time.
"Fay, Hazel….check on her. If she needs help, then help her."
I thought Hazel would not go. Surprisingly though, she didn't say anything and both of them went to check on them.
I should focus more and heal quickly. At this rate, it'll take about an hour to fully heal. It's almost noon. So better hurry up.
(Hazel POV)
My master ordered me to check up on Eden and her mother. I understand Eden but why her mother?
Master killed her on a whim and probably felt bad about killing her. So he gave Eden her mother back.
I look to my side. Blonde hair and a pretty face. She is tall but curvaceous. This woman is a prisoner of sorts. At least, that's what master said. But lately, she has the face of a maiden in love whenever she looks at master.
Master is slow to notice things like this. But that woman is probably falling in love with him.
It irritates me that someone other than me is getting close to master but it is master we are talking about. I understand why she fell in love with him.
"Eden, are you done?"
I ask Eden as I open the door. And I see her. Tall maybe even taller than master. She is beautiful and has long black hair. Her skin is white and her face is dignified.
She is Eden's mother. And now she is wearing a dress. But that dress is short because she is tall.
"Thank you for letting me use this."
She bows down and thanks me.
"You should thank master. But it sure is short or more like, you are too tall."
"I think I am pretty normal. But for a human, I might be a bit tall. Anyway, how is he?"
"Are you worried that he might die?"
"No. I just thought that I should have beaten him up a bit more."
Uwaahh…this woman is as master said. A muscle brain.
"Anyway, master's parents will be arriving soon. Get ready."
"Thank you. By the way, I haven't talked to you, have I?"
She is asking the woman beside me. True. Fay is always silent like she is only here to observe.
"I guess you are right. I am Fay Adams. You don't have a name yet, do you?"
"I don't. Besides, who gave my daughter a name?"
"Mama, papa gave me my name."
Eden is very happy that her mother is back. She really missed her. I couldn't take the place of her mother. That's something I will do when I give birth to master's children.
"Don't think of something perverted." (Fay)
"What did you say?"
And we started glaring at each other. It really is irritating that she can read my thoughts that easily.
"As always, sister Hazel and sister Fay get along so well." (Eden)
""We don't.""
We even denied it at the same time.
"Eden, let's leave them alone and check up on your papa."
Her mother took her and left the room leaving us behind.
