Kapitel 3: The beginning
The newly cut grass gave off a vaguely nice smell, and the sun was blocked my the clouds. Looks like today will be a nice day. With the woods to our left and the blanket spread out beneath us it was gonna be an even better picnic.
"You know, Jackie. I don't get why you like things like this." My first and only friend next to me said. He was a brave little guy, with brown hair. Always dressed in some hoodie, even when the temperature reaches the 90s.
It's part of the reason I was drawn to him, a few of my friends in my last life was like that growing up. Plus he looked lonely, also a trait my old friends had.
"Smell the air, fell the gras, shut your mouth and eat some on the cookies I work hard on, you brat!"
"We're to same age! You brat!" He exclaimed before stuffing a chocolate cookie into his mouth. Only succeeding to cause me to smile.
Something white flickered in my peripheral in the woods. Looking into them I see something white on the ground.
"What's that?" I said while walking towards it. Jeff walked behind me looking around the woods nervously. The closer I got the more I could see it was a piece of paper.
"Jackie, We're not supposed to be in the woods. There's a monster here!" He started off in a whisper only for it to increase in volume at the end.
If there was a monster you would have already attracted it, idiot.
"We are that far in the woods. Look here, it's a slenderman paper! Haha, it's been a while since I saw something like this, didn't know someone in this small town like creepypasta." I laughed as I took it in, someone draw a slender paper and threw it in the woods.
"Slenderman? Creepy, pasta?" Jeff muttered weirdly. Looking utterly confused.
"You don't know what creepypasta is? Slenderman is a pretty famous one too?" I spoke uncertainty, the paper in my hands felt heavily for some reason.
Before they could continue speaking a shout interrupted them.
"Jeffery Woods! You know we aren't supposed to be in the woods! It's dangerous!" Jeff's older brother showed up, and immediately started protesting.
"It wasn't my idea, Lui! It was Jackie's." If Jackie wasn't so shocked by her current revelation she would have responded with something equally childish, that tattletale.
Jeffery Woods, Lui… Jeff the killer? She looked once again at the papers in her hand.
"Fuck."
