“So, you’re not going to talk to me again?” Arisara thought I was foolish enough to open my mouth again when it’s my mouth that’s creating all the problems.

“I really didn’t know those nude portraits were in there.” Even if that was the truth, it didn’t make the situation any less humiliating. I tried keeping a clean record up until now all for it to be destroyed in a matter of hours.

“Your drawings are beautiful by the way, especially the one of your mother.” Flattery wasn’t enough to make me speak, except my cheeks had blushed slightly at the compliment.

“We’re lucky my stupid husband didn’t check the satchel’s secret compartment with your illustrations or else they’d surely be torn up. This is the first time being married to a dumba*s was worth it.” No objections from me on that one.
