Kapitel 131: The Scene

Iris put down the book and rubbed her eyes, and sighed loudly. She finally finished scanning the pages of the book. All she was left to do was to upload it on the translator app and have it in her email.

Her eyes and arms were tired to do it per page. Hence, she decided to just have it run and have it sent to her email for her to check later.

Since she had already done with the first step in translating the book, she decided to rest for she could feel a throbbing pain in her arm.

She looked up and saw that her intravenous was almost finished. She wondered when the nurse would be back so that she could removed the needle in her arm. She hated it.

Lying on her back, the thought of Calixto and the nurse—that until now she didn't know the name, came to mind and how she seemed to be spending a lot of time with Calixto.

The offer that she should stay in the garden must be the nurse idea. And the fact that Calixto considered it fueled her jealousy.
