Kapitel 110: The Start Of Despair (Pt 1)

The town of Urich was a part of the Eastern Kingdom, albeit small.

Being a rural area and greatly underdeveloped, its denizens were also not too many. A total of three hundred and thirty-nine people dwelled there— there were approximately 120 adult males, 150 adult females, and the remaining were children. Many of the adults were also elderlies, who lived up to their ripe old age before they finally answered the call of death.

Despite its small size and the fact that there was hardly any civilized means of living, this small dot on the map was within the border of the Kingdom.

Urich wasn't exempted from the obligations it owed towards the Kingdom as well as the benefits that came with fulfilling them.

As a rural settlement, the people made a living using the sales method of trade by Barter— which is exchanging one item for the other, rather than using the currency of the Kingdom.
